1). Engage in regular Exercises

Sugar from candy foods would add more calories to your body. Remember, you want to stay in shape, so you should consider doing away with candy foods.
The best foods to eat at this stage of your fitness journey are fruits and vegetables. Apples, for instance, is a good fruit to try out. It can help you feel full for up to 4 – 5 hours.
Vegetables such as broccoli and green beans can also help keep your digestive organs clean and running.
In addition, you can stick to lean meats such as chicken and turkey. Seafood like tilapia and shrimp are also good alternatives. These foods are extremely rich in protein, as such; they would keep you healthy and protect your muscles.
What’s more? Portion what you eat! Do not just eat whatever comes your way. When you portion your meal, you would have a good metabolism. In fact, instead of eating three large meals in a day, we recommend that you split the foods into 6 smaller portions.

Getting enough sleep would help to recharge your “batteries”. According to some medical experts, your body needs at least 6 to 8 hours of quality sleep. So, endeavor to sleep well after a workout session.
